Awkward Since '82 is the new Pop-Punk/ Emo Project by Chad Doriguzzi. Awkward influences include Menzingers, Ataris, and Front bottoms. To pay the bills, he has worked in the video game and film industry. Thou his true passion has always been music. With his new album releasing in June he's quitting his job and going all out on a full US tour. He just wants the world to hear his poetic, melodic, emotional, anxiety filled tracks. He produced and tracked all his own music. He creates all of his own merch and album cover designs. The drummer for the band "locket" laid down the drum tracks. Dan Tinkler Mixed and mastered the album. The Punk Cellist is featured on the song "night raven"  Chad can't wait for you to hear his new album "Masking Anxiety" out June 23rd 2023 his most personal intimate album to date. Chad has opened for some heavy hitters such as Broadway calls, Microwave, Keven second, sic waiting, civil war rust, and more. Awkward's first single "Blocked" has received over 10,000 streams on Spotify in under a month
